HomeHighway is £27 per month, not £50-70. It's not as good value as
CM/ADSL, but not as bad as you make out, and the only fast(ish) option
for some people.
HH also has a guaranteed service level. You get one month's rental
refunded for every day it's not working. I got £81 from BT when I moved
because they were supposed to disconnect my old phone line and connect
the new one on the same day, but screwed up the order, leaving me
without HH for a weekend, a weekend when I didn't have time to go online
anyway because I'd just moved house :)
